Hi my dearest friends! How are you?

 

Although being still quite scarce here on DA, I hope you still remember me ^^ ‘cause I want to share some news with you!

 

First of all, after a long and exhausting training, I’m now a qualified tour guide for Italy, in particular for Florence and its district. …okay, you say, and who cares? Well, you’re right XDDDDDDDD But if some of you friends is planning a trip to my beautiful Florence… well, just let me know and I’ll arrange a very special and very artsy tour for you!

 

Secondly… I’m proud to present you the new and shiny Fb page of my cosplay group! Come and say hi to us on www.facebook.com/pages/Cospois… ! Let’s be friends there too! I’d be most grateful if you would like to pay it a visit, and like it if… you like it!

You’ll see some new photos of our old cosplays there, and we also have a “WIP” album of our past costumes, if you’ve ever been curious about how some stuff was made. The account is going to be filled with lots of fun stuff, too, because you know, we’re serious just when we’re behind the sewing machine: otherwise, we’re a bit prone to parodies and puns and stupid jokes XD And there will soon be new photos and new costumes, I promise…

 

To  celebrate, I’m uploading a new pic from our Trinity Blood Empire shooting, my long awaited dream. Let me know how do you like it!

 

Our Facebook page is dedicated to our dearest Hana-May, who sadly passed away in December, and who we miss in ways I can’t even begin to describe. Opening the page was a desire of hers, and we’ve thought it could be another good way to showcase her talent and dedication. You’ll see more unpublished pictures of hers there and on our DA account Cospoison ; thank you from the bottom of my heart for being by my side in this difficult moment, and for helping us remember her.

Tribute to Hana-MayHello, fellow Deviants, and sorry for the long absence.
 
Since last December, our Hana-May, our beloved and tresured friend, a precious member of our group, and most of all a wonderful woman, is no longer with us.
Let us pay a little homage to our dearest friend, sharing some of her photos. If you’d like, you can pay a visit to her DA page, which will remain open, for new and old Deviant to see her talent in creating wonderful drawings and costumes.
And we’ll try to keep her memory alive, in this page, posting photos of her last costumes, or pics of the old ones you still haven’t seen. But also on our new and shiny Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/cospois: opening a FB page was her idea, and we’ll do our best to keep it active, colorful and cheerful for her, too. If you’d like to pay it a visit, or befriend us on FB too, we’d be super grateful.

Dear friends,

I’m really sorry for completely disappearing from here in the last month, and not being able to reply to your sweet birthday wishes and to write you my greetings for the new year.

But today is exactly one month I’ve lost one of my most precious friends, Hana-May.

Some of you already know, ‘cause I’ve written a message on her page, but I haven’t had the strenght to write anything more since then, I’m sorry. She fought her hard battle against cancer for one long year, and we did our very best to support her, but we lost. We’ve lost one of the most dedicated, loving, brilliant and talented persons we’ll ever know.

I miss her infinitely, and I desperately want to do something to remember her with. Her DA page will remain, and I hope that new and old Deviants will still visit it, since making art was an important part of what she was and what she loved. And we’ll upload more pics on Cospoison, ‘cause there are still some wonderful photos of her cosplays you have not seen, and two new costumes she made in October, managing the strenght to sew, create, and put a smile on, to stay with her friends. I’d like to write and do something grand, something that could match the person she was, the affection she deserves, and all the love I’ll always bear in my heart for her. But it’s quite difficult. I hope I can manage in the near future.

So, I’m sorry friends, but I’ll be on hiatus for a bit more. Thank you for your support, thank you for everything. Have a wonderful New Year, and stay close to your dear ones; I wish you the best for you all, earnestly and heartily.

And goodbye, my dearest Hana. Please send me some of your incredible, adamant strenght, some of your gentleness, some of your endurance, and the enthusiasm you had for everything and everyone you cherished, to be able to continue on this path without you.

It's one of my favourite photos ever and I'm really honoured to have been potrayed in such a dreamy, fairytale shot. oShadowButterflyo's fine taste in colours and great vision truly reserved this recognition, I believe. My dear friends! How are you?
I’m glad I’ve come back here after a time of less activity ç___ç meeting up with all of you again has been great, I truly missed DA!

I’m writing this journal first of all to tell you that… I’ve opened an account for my cosplay group!!! It’s
Cospoison!!
I would be very pleased to add my friends from here in that page too ^_______^ so feel free to come if you liked the cosplays you’ve seen in my gallery. Ovbiously, I’ll continue uploading cosplay photos here too, but well, I’ll save the best ones for the cosplay account. Cospoison is run by me so if you’ll write something there, I’ll be the one answering. ^^
Thank you a lot for your attention: you know how much love I put into my little cosplays, so you can imagine how glad I’d be to get together with you in this new account too.

And about the drawings, don’t worry (“Who was worrying??” all of you says aloud): I’m engaging in various new works, I hope I can show them you soon, and that they’ll be something that you like!

Second news, a sad one unfortunately… don’t know why, but DA cancelled a lot of messages from my inbox. ç_________________ç Replies and comments are all still here (I hope >___< ) but most of the fav notifications disappeared. So please forgive me if I cannot thank all of you properly for your faves! You know that I appreciate a lot, really a lot, and I’m honoured for your positive reception, but I’m so sorry for this inconvenience!

Hello, hello, hello, everyone! *hugs frantically*
How are you doing? <3
I'm so sorry for my long absence here on DA. -_____- I graduated in February (first level degree in Archaeology ^^ And with 110 cum laude out of 110, yaaay! shameless pride part over), and immediately after the graduation I've continued with the second level classes. Those are keeping me very busy still now, but I'm trying to draw something again and come back here in this amazing place more often, nevertheless.
So a huge hug for you, my friends! I'd like to bow before all of you and say you an immense "thank you" for all the comments, the views, the watchings, the help and feedbacks I've received in this humble, little gallery: two years ago, when I first got there, I'd never, ever have dreamt about such incredible results, and I couldn't imagine I would have met so many wonderful people. So THANK YOU, thank you to my friends and everyone who drops an eye here. All of your comments, critiques and everything you feel like telling me are always the most welcome.
