Seth Nightroad, the Empress of Tara Methuseluth, from the novel/manga “Trinity Blood”.
As usual, that’s a portrait of her in my own style; here’s the original character [link] , from the novel illustrations of Thores Shibamoto, if you don’t know her and want to make a comparison.

Seth is one of my favourite characters in Trinity Blood (though I have to say I love the greater part of the characters in this series... ) and I also feel tremendously honoured that my friends chose me for her part for a future TB cosplaying project that we have… I feel the pressure since now, and I hope so much I’ll pull off her respectably.
I’ve tried many times to draw her, but it’s been a struggle since I’m not good with youngsters. The general outcome seems not too bad to me, but –useless to say, you know it XD- I’m far from being satisfied. ç___ç I particularly dislike the hair, and I’m not sure if it’s expressive and if it looks like the actual character.
I clearly haven’t got a good technique for shading gold, but it isn’t so horrible on paper, trust me!! ç_______ç I spent half of a day in colouring it, and it looks so bad scanned!!
However, I hope that TB fans can like this drawing even a little bit… ^^
